Job Overview
- Position: Plumber / 4th or 5th Year Apprentice
- Department: Plumbing and Duct Cleaning
- Location: Canada
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (various shift options available)
- Pay Rate: $28.20 – $40.28 per hour (as per Collective Agreement)
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Your duties include:
- Providing superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues efficiently and professionally
- Responding to plumbing service calls, including emergency and scheduled requests
- Servicing electric water heaters and drainage systems
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are safe and in proper working condition
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Performing all work in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines
- Completing tasks independently while maintaining productivity and quality
- Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Certified licensed plumber in Ontario or an active plumbing apprentice
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
- Physically capable of handling heavy lifting and demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and teamwork
